ONE Welterweight World Champion Zebaztian Kadestam with ONE Championship belt

The world’s largest martial arts organization returns to Jakarta, Indonesia with another card that is stacked with top-tier talent from around the globe.

ONE: DAWN OF VALOR will feature nine World Champions on a bill that is topped by two ONE World Title match-ups this Friday, 25 October.

These elite-level operators – who come from styles including mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Muay Thai and combat sambo – are sure to bring fast-paced, exciting action for the thousands of fans in attendance, and millions tuning in on the live broadcast across the planet.

Here is the rundown of every World Champion that will perform on the global stage inside the Istora Senayan.

The Battle For Welterweight Gold

In the night’s main event, ONE Welterweight World Champion, Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam, will put his coveted belt on the line for the second time against Kyrgyz challenger Kiamrian “Brazen” Abbasov.

The Swede entered ONE as a WBC Muay Thai World Champion, and he quickly brought his striking skills to the fore in mixed martial arts to storm toward the top of his division with a trio of knockout victories.

He added another in his first defense against Georgiy “Knight” Kichigin in March.

ONE Super Series Championship Rematch

ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Champion Regian “The Immortal” Eersel will defend his belt for the first time in Jakarta.

Even before he entered the Circle, the Dutchman boasted a fantastic résumé as the Lion Fight Super Middleweight World Champion with multiple defenses of his belt.

Now, he has the top prize in his sport, and he will face the man he beat to claim it – seven-time kickboxing World Champion, Nieky “The Natural” Holzken, whose honors include Glory and WFCA World Title gold.

The Supporting Card

The mixed martial arts bouts on the rest of the card will also showcase a hefty dose of combatants of the highest caliber, as three World Champions welcome newcomers to The Home Of Martial Arts.

Muin “Tajik” Gafurov is a combat sambo World Champion who hails from Tajikistan. The heavy-hitting bantamweight welcomes fellow knockout artist John “Hands Of Stone” Lineker to the Circle.

WFL World Champion Pieter “The Archangel” Buist returns to action following a stunning debut KO victory over Kota “Kong” Shimoishi. The Dutchman will take on Antonio “The Spartan” Caruso as the Australian makes his bow on the global stage.

Finally, Pancrase Lightweight World Champion Kazuki Tokudome takes on another promotional newcomer in Johnny Nunez.

There are also two ONE Super Series match-ups on the supporting card in Jakarta that will bring three more World Champions into the spotlight.

Argentina’s Federico “The Little Big Man” Roma is a two-division WKN World Champion, and he will face off against Enfusion World Champion Wang “The Golden Boy” Junguang from China.

WMC I1 World Champion Alexi “Phet” Serepisos makes the trip from New Zealand to square off against Japanese striker Taiki “Silent Sniper” Naito in a flyweight Muay Thai battle.
