This Saturday, 6 October, ONE Championship is bringing an action-packed card to the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
For the first time ever, a boxing match will be the promotion’s main event, as Srisaket Sor Rungvisai puts his WBC Super Flyweight World Title on the line against Iran “MagnifiKO” Diaz at ONE: KINGDOM OF HEROES.
While two of the sport’s most elite pugilists will top the 14-bout card, fans can expect a night full of exciting contests featuring a host of kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and Muay Thai knockout artists.
Now, just a single day away from event night, we take a look back at four memorable KOs from a quartet of the evening’s fiercest competitors.

Four months after his first challenge for the ONE Lightweight World Title, Ev Ting knew he had to put on an impressive performance to get back among the division’s top contenders.
Ting’s smooth movement was on full display throughout the opening frame, as he kept the Japanese competitor on the end of his counter strikes.
Midway through the round, when Suzuki looked to push the pace, the Malaysian switched gears, initiated the clinch, and then found the breakthrough he was looking for.
A high amplitude takedown saw Ting put Suzuki on his back and, after making room to posture up, “E.T.” unleashed a rapid-fire flurry of ground strikes to finish the bout.
At ONE: KINGDOM OF HEROES, he meets former titleholder, Shinya Aoki. If he defeats the legend, he will earn his second shot at the ONE Lightweight World Title in March 2019.

The pink-haired warrior danced to the cage for his first ONE Super Series Muay Thai bout in July, and he left the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia after hitting one of the most spectacular knockouts in promotional history.
Following a competitive opening stanza, Petchdam cranked up the heat on Josh “Timebomb” Tonna.
Nearly a minute into the second frame, the Thai launched a body kick, which turned into a thunderous knee strike that crashed into the Australian’s chin and instantly knocked him out.
Petchdam will look to get his second ONE victory on Saturday when he faces Kenny Tse in his homeland.

In July, Chinese star Fu Chang Xin arrived in the world’s largest martial arts organization at ONE: BATTLE FOR THE HEAVENS looking to make his mark, and he succeeded with a first-round finish of Rustem “Actor” Yensebayev.
The pair traded back and forth in a breathless encounter that saw each man find some success, but the bout turned in Fu’s favor after a big takedown from the Kazakh.
After finding himself with his back on the canvas, the Chinese athlete managed to turn the tables on his opponent by claiming top position. From there, he unloaded a relentless series of ground strikes that forced the stoppage.
Fu will attempt to build upon his momentum at ONE: KINGDOM OF HEROES against Rin Saroth.
Bozhena Antoniyar’s Record-Breaker

You only get one chance to make a good first impression, and Myanmar’s Bozhena Antoniyar made a great one in her promotional debut.
In February, the two-time Myanmar national boxing champion kicked off her professional mixed martial arts career with an extremely quick stoppage of compatriot and fellow debutante Shwe Sin at ONE: QUEST FOR GOLD.
Bozhena Antoniyar’s high-energy display saw her take the contest to her opponent. First, she stood and traded with Shwe Sin, but then changed levels and landed a crucial takedown.
From there, she dominated the proceedings. She postured up and unloaded a salvo of ground strikes that brought a halt to the contest after just 24 seconds. In victory, she scored the fastest stoppage in ONE women’s atomweight history.
Bozhena Antoniyar will try to repeat the feat when she meets Bangkok’s own Rika Ishige on Saturday.
