ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video will now include another exciting lightweight MMA clash.

Former ONE Lightweight World Champion and current #1 contender Ok Rae Yoon will take on powerful Hawaiian Lowen Tynanes when the world’s largest martial arts organization hosts its first event on United States soil in Colorado on Friday, May 5.

Tynanes will have the American crowd on his side when he returns to the Circle in a clash that will have major implications for the divisional rankings.

Ok was ONE’s breakout star of 2021, scoring a trio of upsets that culminated with a shocking World Title victory over Christian Lee.

The South Korean lost the gold belt in his 2022 rematch with Lee, but he owns a sparkling 16-4 record and a dominant victory could put him right back in the mix.

At 31 years old, the striking specialist owns potent stand-up skills alongside solid takedown and submission defense, making him a tough test for anyone in the lightweight ranks.

Meanwhile, Tynanes boasts an exemplary MMA record of 11-1 and recently rebounded from his lone career defeat with a decision victory over Dae Sung Park in December.

Though his career has been blighted with injuries, the 32-year-old can threaten anybody in the weight class when he’s on point.

His wrestling and grappling in particular will be a key element against Ok. This will also be Tynanes’ quickest turnaround since 2016, so his positive momentum could be a benefit.

Given Ok’s recent standing as the ONE Lightweight World Champion, a victory for either man would put them firmly in the World Title picture.

With so much at stake, both competitors should bring their best to this U.S. primetime fight card, which is headlined by a ONE Flyweight World Title trilogy match between Demetrious Johnson and Adriano Moraes
