ONE Friday Fights 176 Main Event Result: Khunsuk’s Body Shot Stops YodUdon In The Final Second Of Round Two
Round two was nearly in the books when Khunsuk T1 Fight Academy cashed in on his body work to stop YodUdon K Tongtalingchan in the atomweight Muay Thai main event of ONE Friday Fights 176.
The all-Thai clash aired live in Asia primetime on Friday, October 30, from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
A clash of kicks opened the action, as the Thai compatriots traded chopping strikes to the head and body. After a handful of partially blocked shots on both sides, Khunsuk broke the stalemate with a clean right hook. Not to be outdone, YodUdon let his jab loose and scored with a few one-twos, but the former answered with a cross and a head kick.

Having gotten a read on his foe, Khunsuk shifted into a higher gear in the second frame, sizing up the 28-year-old with stifling body kicks off his back leg. YodUdon countered by throwing heavy leather at the Sor Dechapan standout’s guard, yet he kept leaving his own midsection exposed to counter knees.
Spotting that opening, Khunsuk methodically hunted the floating rib with cruising straights that sapped the wind from YodUdon and sent him to the canvas.
As the final clapper sounded, YodUdon retreated in search of the bell, but Khunsuk followed him with aggressive shots to the ribs. One last body shot found its mark, and YodUdon hit the canvas rolling in pain as the referee waved off the contest at 2:59 of round two.
The finish – his seventh stoppage in the weekly series – made it three wins in his last four, lifted the 22-year-old to 59-18, and carried him a step closer to the life-changing US$100,000 main roster contract.
