All The ONE Fight Night 10 Event Week Activities

ONE Championship will make history this Friday, May 5, as the promotion touches down at 1stBank Center in Colorado for its groundbreaking first live event on American soil.

Topped by a trio of massive World Title clashes, ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video is a true blockbuster spectacle that will thrill from the opening contest all the way to the monumental main event.

Given the significance of this show, the biggest names in the combat sports industry will be converging in Denver and participating in many of the event week activities, and fans will not want to miss a single second.

That said, here’s the schedule of all the activities that will be happening this week.

Press Conference & Open Workout – Wednesday, 7 PM ET/4 PM PT

The festivities will officially kick off this Wednesday, May 3, when the superstars take the stage for the ONE Fight Night 10 Press Conference & Open Workout at the Paramount Theatre.

In attendance will be every athlete competing on the fight card, including ONE Flyweight World Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson and his rival Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes.

Weigh-Ins & Hydration Tests – Thursday, 12 PM ET/9 AM PT

The ONE Fight Night 10 Weigh-Ins & Hydration Tests will take place the next morning on Wednesday, May 4.

As an industry leader in the charge to eliminate the dangerous practice of rapid weight-cutting, ONE requires all of its athletes to pass a hydration test before they can even hit the scale.

Ceremonial Weigh-Ins & Faceoffs – Thursday, 7 PM ET/4 PM PT

And later that day, the stars will step onto the stage at the event’s venue, 1stBank Center, and stare face-to-face with their opponents for the last time at the ONE Fight Night 10 Ceremonial Weigh-Ins & Faceoffs.

With just 24 hours till the big show, tensions are sure to run high, as every fighter scheduled for action will have one final opportunity to size up his or her adversary.

ONE Fight Night 10 Bonus Bouts – Friday, 7 PM ET/4 PM

Just an hour before ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video gets underway on May 5, fans can watch two bonus bouts live on YouTube.

The first contest features Hawaiian powerhouse Lowen Tynanes going toe-to-toe against former ONE Lightweight World Champion Ok Rae Yoon. And then, top-five flyweight MMA contenders throw down, as #2-ranked Kairat Akhmetov battles #4-ranked Reece McLaren.

ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson Vs. Moraes III – Friday, 8 PM ET/5 PM PT

After months and months of anticipation, the nine-bout main card finally goes down live!

The show is headlined by the World Title trilogy match between ONE Flyweight World Champion Johnson and former king Moraes. In addition, there are two more World Championship tussles, as well as several high-profile returns.
