Former three-sport ONE World Champion Stamp Fairtex squares off against Selina “Teep Queen” Flores in an atomweight showdown, while her Thai compatriot Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi meets Jordan “Panda Kick” Estupinan in a flyweight battle.
This fight marks Stamp’s third appearance in ONE Championship following a lengthy rehabilitation stint brought on by an injury suffered just months after she made history as a three-sport queen. She completed the feat by capturing the ONE Women’s Atomweight MMA World Title via a seventh highlight-reel victory in the discipline.
That rare distinction further cemented her status as one of the biggest stars in the world’s largest martial arts organization, and the 28-year-old returns in search of a second successive triumph in her bid to reestablish her dominance.
In her last appearance, the Fairtex Training Center superstar edged Cynthia Flores via split decision at The Inner Circle 20 this past June. His most recent triumph came via stunning head-kick destruction of Nakrob Fairtex in just 52 seconds, a finish that earned him a US$50,000 performance bonus in his U.S. primetime debut.
That victory, unfortunately, remains the last time he had his hand raised, and an emphatic display against Estupinan would go a long way toward getting his momentum back on track.
