Since Balart failed to make weight for the matchup, only Brooks is eligible to win the interim belt.

Plus, inaugural ONE Women’s Atomweight Submission Grappling World Champion Danielle Kelly makes her first defense against nine-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion Mayssa Bastos.
