ONE: CENTURY PART I Post-Event Press Conference
After the final bell at ONE: CENTURY PART I, the big winners took questions from the world’s media at the post-event press conference inside the Ryogoku Kokugikan.
First, Japanese stars Itsuki “Strong Heart Fighter” Hirata, Yushin “Thunder” Okami, and Yuya “Little Piranha” Wakamatsu reflected on their victories on the prelims.
Later, ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion “Unstoppable” Angela Lee, new ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson, and new ONE Lightweight World Grand Prix Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee arrived to discuss their performances.
They were all joined by ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong, who gave his analysis on the day’s match-ups, and teased future assignments for the martial artists.
