ONE Championship has teamed up with Singapore’s Evolve MMA to bring their groundbreaking online martial arts training to the ONE Super App.

With most fitness centers and dojos around the world closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many within the martial arts community are doing their best to work together to help combat the spread of the coronavirus.

Though there are many ways to stay active during the lockdown, Evolve’s World Champion Instructor Team has already helped thousands of martial arts enthusiasts by offering free online training with their ‘Evolve At Home’ livestreams.

Classes are held all throughout the week, with three per day on weekdays and four per day on the weekends.

From Monday to Friday, people can log on to the ONE Super App for a boxing class at 12:00pm SGT (Singapore Standard Time), a Muay Thai class at 6:30pm SGT, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at 7:30pm SGT.

Viewers can get their workout fix on Saturday and Sunday, too. There is a no-gi grappling session at 9:00am SGT, a boxing session at 10:00am SGT, a Muay Thai session at 11:00am SGT, and a BJJ session at 12:00pm SGT.

Classes are taught by Evolve’s highly esteemed staff including head coach Siyar “The Great” Bahadurzada, as well as the likes of boxing World Champion Drian Francisco, BJJ World Champion Jucimar Eller, and former ONE Strawweight World Champion and multiple-time Muay Thai World Champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke.

The sessions are all completely free to help people maintain their fitness and improve their skills while their own gyms are on a temporary hiatus.
