Alain Ngalani flexes on them!

Four-time Muay Thai and Kickboxing Heavyweight World Champion Alain “The Panther” Ngalani is one of the most physically gifted athletes on the ONE Championship roster.

Between his highlight-reel martial arts career and jaw-dropping feats of athleticism, it shouldn’t be any surprise that the hulking behemoth knows a lot about physical fitness.

Ngalani, who owns and operates Impakt Academy Of Mixed Martial Arts in Hong Kong, frequently shares workout tips and exercises on his social media accounts.

But recently, he started posting an unofficial home workout video series that fans can do in case they are quarantined or simply can’t make it to the gym. Best of all, no equipment is needed.

Here are three videos that can help you remain fit.

Improve Your Flexibility

Soon after his bout at ONE: UNBREAKABLE II, Ngalani returned to Hong Kong and entered a 21-day quarantine.

From the comfort of his hotel room, he started this unofficial series with a 10-minute video where he performed different stretching techniques and explained the benefits of each one.

Tightening The Abs

Ngalani doesn’t need weights or special machines to tighten up his massive six-pack.

“The Panther” knows a plethora of different exercises that’ll build his abdominal muscles from the sit-up position. In this video, he demonstrates six.

A Challenging Full-Body Workout

Looking for an intense challenge? Ngalani has you covered.

The hulking behemoth has a full-body workout that consists of an assisted handstand, squats, and stretching. This routine will hit all the muscles. You’re guaranteed to feel the burn.
