Alain Ngalani Nails The Bottle Cap Challenge Like No Other

There are few martial artists with a kicking game like Alain “The Panther” Ngalani, so it is no surprise that he pulled off the #BottleCapChallenge better than anyone we have seen on social media so far.

While most of the martial artists around the world have had to rely on a full rotation to take the cap off with their foot, the Hong Kong-based heavyweight is so flexible, he can do a hook kick from a static position.

Of course, as the most flexible and dynamic heavyweight striker in ONE Championship, he showed off a spinning version to take out a second target, too.

Though Ngalani makes it look easy, the social media craze is far from easy to pull off – even for a Wushu World Champion, as Jihin “Shadowcat” Radzuan showed on her own Instagram feed.

The Malaysian may not have succeeded with that challenge, but she is confident she can defeat Jomary Torres at ONE: MASTERS OF DESTINY next Friday, 12 July in her home country of Malaysia.
