Mixed Martial Arts fans from Myanmar are in for a real treat. For the first time ever, Aung La N Sang, the man known as “The Burmese Python” and the world’s most renowned mixed martial artist to ever come from Myanmar, will fight in his home country at Yangon’s Thuwanna Indoor Stadium against Mohamed Ali of Egypt.
As if that wasn’t enough to draw fans to what is sure to be one of the biggest martial arts events ever to take place in Myanmar, the increasingly stacked fight card also features some of the biggest stars on ONE Championship’s roster.
This includes former ONE Flyweight World Champion Adriano Moraes, who is on the warpath to reclaim the title he lost just months ago. Standing in his way is flashy Filipino flyweight dynamo Eugene Toquero, who is himself seeking to place himself in title contention with a win over the Moraes.
