Bi Nguyen Answers Alain Ngalani’s Insane Push-Up Challenge

Bi Nguyen and Alain Ngalani face off

Alain “The Panther” Ngalani is a physical marvel, and he has been using his talents to issue fitness challenges to other members of the ONE Championship roster.

In his latest social media post, the Hong Kong-based hulk performed a unique set of push-ups – he rose up from the floor to a set of chairs and back down multiple times.

Once he finished the exercise, he challenged ONE Featherweight World Champion Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen, Bi “Killer Bee” Nguyen, and Liam “Hitman” Harrison to replicate the routine.

This time, however, he is not giving them a pass. He wants them to do it and seems very serious about it.

Evidently, “Killer Bee” took his warning seriously and immediately answered the call.

On her first day back to the gym in months, the Vietnamese-American mixed martial artist recorded a video of herself doing the challenge.

While she couldn’t fully elevate onto chairs, she was able to showcase her strength by lifting herself onto four stacks of weighted plates.

At the end of the clip, she hit a shimmy, which impressed “The Panther” most of all.

“Wow, you make it look easy with the little dance at the end,” he commented.

Though she could not quite match the athletic feat of the heavyweight striker, Nguyen did not back down from the challenge and gave it her all. The effort alone was a victory.

Now, the world waits to see if “The Situ-Asian” and “Hitman” respond to Ngalani’s push-up challenge.
