ONE Friday Fights 116 – Results And Highlights For Every Match
ONE Championship is ready to ignite Bangkok’s legendary Lumpinee Stadium with one of the biggest installments of the ONE Friday Fights event series this year.
The world’s largest martial arts organization will broadcast ONE Friday Fights 116 live in Asia primetime on July 18, and the 12-bout card is loaded with Muay Thai, MMA, and kickboxing superstars, as well as a plethora of athletes who are gunning for the life-changing six-figure contract with the promotion.
Adam Sor Dechapan and “Petsam” Nahyan Mohammed will run it back in the main event. The duo originally met at ONE Friday Fights 107 in May, and on that night, Aliff Sor Dechapan‘s younger brother emerged with the split-decision victory. Now, two months after that razor-close showdown, they will meet in a 112-pound Muay Thai rematch to get a more definitive result.
In addition, Superball TDed99 goes to war with Ibragim Abdulmedzhidov in a 138-pound Muay Thai banger. Both men are coming off tough losses, so they will stop at nothing to get their backs off the wall.
Plus, the card features the highly anticipated returns of former ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Champion Petchtanong Petchfergus, former K-1 Champion Yuki Yoza, #2-ranked atomweight MMA contender Ayaka Miura, and Japanese MMA strawweight veterans Tatsumitsu Wada and Hiroba Minowa.
