Mann Vs. Dzhabrailov, Perreira Vs. Nakatani, Paez Vs. Black Panther Added To ONE Fight Night 42
After the announcement of the main event, ONE Championship has added a trio of blockbuster matchups to ONE Fight Night 42 on Prime Video. The U.S. primetime event broadcasts live from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, April 10.
Fans will be treated to a high-stakes clash between undefeated welterweight MMA fighters, as American rising star Chase “Mannimal” Mann faces Turkish destroyer Dzhabir Dzhabrailov.
In addition, Joshua “Flyin Hawaiian” Perreira will battle Gilbert Nakatani in an all-American flyweight MMA showdown, while Diego Paez will challenge Thai brawler Black Panther in a rescheduled flyweight Muay Thai contest.
Mann, a 29-year-old Arkansas native, brings a perfect 7-0 career record with five stoppage victories into this crucial matchup.
The American made his promotional debut against Isi “Doxz” Fitikefu this past January. Mann was dominant, but the match was cut short when the Australian-Tongan dynamo suffered a knee injury at the end of the first round. Fitikefu was unable to continue, forcing the referee to stop the battle and declare “Mannimal” the winner via TKO.
Now, just months removed from his first promotional appearance, the Arkansas juggernaut wants to build off that decisive performance and follow it up with another extraordinary showing.
Standing across from him at ONE Fight Night 42 on Prime Video is the 21-year-old Dzhabrailov, who represents Lions MMA Club in Phuket and owns an unblemished 6-0 professional record with all victories coming via finish.
The Turkish sensation has won all three of his matches in the world’s largest martial arts organization, demolishing each opponent inside the two-minute mark via knockout.
Whoever emerges victorious from this contest and remains undefeated could potentially secure the next crack at two-sport king Christian Lee‘s ONE Welterweight MMA World Title.
Perreira will face Nakatani in an all-American showdown between a pair of fighters who are seeking to establish themselves in ONE Championship’s stacked flyweight MMA division.
The 28-year-old, who represents Immortal Martial Arts, brings a 5-0 (1 NC) career record into this matchup. Perreira made his promotional debut on the global stage against Chinese star Banma “The Prince” Duoji in 2025, but he suffered a right knee injury early in the bout and lost via TKO. The decision would soon be overturned to a no contest.
Now, the well-rounded Hawaiian has recovered from injury and plans to impress in his second ONE Championship appearance when he meets his seasoned compatriot in Bangkok.
Across from him stands the 32-year-old Nakatani, who represents Aragon Training Academy with a 9-3 professional record.
After pushing reigning ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion Yuya “Little Piranha” Wakamatsu and Filipino knockout artist Jeremy “The Jaguar” Miado to the limit for three full rounds, the California native needed roughly two minutes to knock out Eko Roni Saputra via TKO last November.
With his first promotional victory under his belt, Nakatani is eager to build off that spectacular performance and string together some momentum in U.S. primetime on April 10.
And finally, Paez and Black Panther will collide in the ring.
The Colombian-American striker was originally booked against the Thai brawler at ONE Fight Night 40 this past January, but Black Panther withdrew from the contest just hours before showtime due to illness.
But now, with the Thai sensation’s health restored, the match is back on. This rescheduled flyweight Muay Thai showdown promises the kind of aggressive stand-up firepower that defines both fighters’ styles.
