Chase “Mannimal” Mann

Chase “Mannimal” Mann is living proof that a difficult beginning doesn’t have to define a person’s future.

The American fighter grew up surrounded by fields and farms in the small Arkansas towns of Paragould and Lake City. Though his parents loved him deeply, both struggled with addiction, and the instability took its toll.

By age 10, Mann had been arrested for vandalism. After more run-ins with the law, he was sent to a faith-based treatment facility, where he endured physical abuse before his parents pulled him out.

Everything changed when Mann was 19. The birth of his daughter woke something inside him and, with faith keeping him grounded, he turned his life around.

The Arkansas native had dreamed of becoming an MMA fighter since childhood, but a fear of failing publicly held him back. Instead, he channeled his competitive fire into powerlifting. Mentored by Logan Chapman, he broke state and national records, even squatting 700 pounds.

At 21, Mann finally found the courage to chase his true calling. He joined The LC in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, and was humbled when he got choked out on his very first night. He knew immediately that was the right place where he could develop his skills and grow.

“Mannimal” made his amateur debut in September 2021, winning via rear-naked choke in 90 seconds, and capped his amateur run with a title in February 2023. Four months later, he turned pro and stormed to a perfect 6-0 record with an 80 percent finishing rate.

That run earned him a spot in the world’s largest martial arts organization. In his ONE Championship debut at ONE Fight Night 39 in January 2026, he scored a first-round TKO against Isi “Doxz” Fitikefu.

The victory propelled him into the ONE Fight Night 42 main event in April, where he faced fellow unbeaten Dzhabir Dzhabrailov with a potential shot at ONE Welterweight MMA World Champion Christian Lee on the line. However, “Mannimal” suffered the first defeat of his professional career via first-round knockout.

Now, the Arkansas native is determined to bounce back, make his family and home state proud, and show kids from tough beginnings that anything is possible.
