Explosive Bantamweight Muay Thai Battle Between Seksan And Pakorn Added To ONE Friday Fights 147
ONE Friday Fights 147 keeps getting better with the addition of a bantamweight Muay Thai showdown between Thai destroyers “The Man Who Yields To No One” Seksan Or Kwanmuang and Pakorn PK Saenchai.
The March 20 event broadcasts live in Asia primetime from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, where this longstanding feud will finally be settled on the global stage.
The developing card also features Nabil Anane‘s ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title defense against Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon, plus Nong-O Hama facing Asadula Imangazaliev for the vacant ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title.
The rivalry between Seksan and Pakorn dates back to 2014, when the two Thai warriors first clashed outside the promotion. Seksan claimed a hard-fought decision in their opener, but Pakorn avenged the loss just one month later to split the series at one apiece.
Their rubber match was originally scheduled for ONE Friday Fights 137 last December, but Seksan withdrew due to injury. Now fully recovered, the veteran striker returns with unfinished business and momentum to reclaim in 2026.
Since joining ONE in 2023, Seksan became an instant fan favorite with his ferocious forward pressure and crowd-pleasing attacks.
The Bangkok native captivated audiences worldwide, racing to an impressive 10-1 start against elite competition behind devastating power, a granite chin, and an indomitable spirit.
The Thai icon’s defining moment came at ONE 168: Denver in 2024, where he earned a US$50,000 performance bonus for his spectacular second-round stoppage of British legend Liam “Hitman” Harrison.
However, a shocking second-round TKO loss to Asa “The American Ninja” Ten Pow at ONE Fight Night 30 halted his surge. That setback started a three-fight skid, including two more losses to “Elbow Zombie” Muangthai PK Saenchai and Suablack Tor Pran49.
Now more determined than ever to resurrect his career, Seksan finds extra motivation in settling the score with a familiar adversary.
Standing opposite is Pakorn, eager to end the stalemate and establish superiority.
The 35-year-old’s Friday Fights run has been a rollercoaster. After announcing his arrival with a first-round finish of Rafi Bohic, the five-time Muay Thai World Champion suffered a devastating second-round knockout loss to Fabio “Sensational” Reis.
Pakorn resurfaced at ONE Friday Fights 137 in December, facing Seksan’s replacement Suablack. He looked sharp in his return, displaying technical excellence and insane durability to secure a unanimous decision in an entertaining slugfest.
A breakthrough win over Seksan would elevate his bantamweight Muay Thai standing and potentially open the door to a six-figure contract on the main roster.
When these two battle-tested warriors collide on March 20, fans will witness an all-out war between relentless aggression and veteran savvy.
