Evolve Extends Global Invitation To Join Superstar Fight Team

Singaporean mixed martial artist "Unstoppable" Angela Lee walks to the Circle to defend her ONE Women's Atomweight World Title

Evolve has welcomed athletes from all over the world to apply for the famed Evolve Fight Team.

In November, the Singapore gym will be holding tryouts for both male and female prospects, with the aim of recruiting 20 additional full-time competitors to its books.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of news that Brazil’s Eduardo Pamplona has taken over as its head coach.

“I am looking forward to seeing some serious talent turn up for the tryouts in November,” Pamplona said.

“As the Evolve Fight Team Head Coach, my aim is to push this team to its limit, help the fighters fulfill their potential, and bring in as much success as possible, no matter where we are competing.

“Evolve has the largest collection of World Champions in the world, but we are always looking to grow, and I look forward to adding more world-class fighters to the team.”

Evolve has already provided training facilities and coaching to several mixed martial arts World Champions, including ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion “Unstoppable” Angela Lee, as well as former ONE titleholders Alex “Little Rock” Silva, Shinya “Tobikan Judan” Aoki, and Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke.

The Evolve Fight Team roster also includes a long list of accomplished martial artists, including ONE Super Series stars Nong-O Gaiyanghadao and Giorgio Petrosyan, who are two of the very best strikers on the planet today.

The team at Evolve says it has can offer recruits direct paths to compete in leading promotions across the globe, including the largest one of all, ONE Championship.

Successful applicants will receive an annual salary of US$48,000, as well as housing, career management, and instruction from the gym’s many World Champion trainers.
