Superbon Elevated To Undisputed ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion

Thai megastar Superbon is once again an undisputed ONE World Champion.

Formerly the ONE Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion, Superbon has been elevated to the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion. If and when former divisional king Chingiz Allazov is ready to compete again, he would be welcomed back to ONE.

Superbon previously held the featherweight kickboxing crown in 2021 and 2022 before losing his belt to Allazov.

The 34-year-old then claimed the interim kickboxing gold in April 2024 in the main event of ONE Friday Fights 58.

That night, Superbon employed vicious knee strikes and crispy boxing technique to secure a hard-fought five-round decision victory over longtime nemesis Marat Grigorian in one of the year’s most compelling kickboxing bouts.

Superbon returned to his Muay Thai roots just a few months later at ONE Friday Fights 81 when he scored a spectacular first-round knockout over heavy-handed veteran “Smokin” Jo Nattawut. That victory solidified him as the featherweight Muay Thai division’s #1-ranked contender.

Next up, on January 24 at ONE 170, Superbon will take his shot at two-sport gold when he challenges his Thai compatriot Tawanchai PK Saenchai for the ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title in a rematch at Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

A win for Superbon would further cement him as a two-sport superstar and undeniably one of the planet’s top pound-for-pound strikers.
