Petchdam Dishes On World Title Shot At ONE: NO SURRENDER

Muay Thai fighter Petchdam Petchyindee Academy is ready for his fight

Petchdam “The Baby Shark” Petchyindee Academy is busy preparing for the ONE: NO SURRENDER main event against his longtime rival and Thai compatriot, Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon.

The pair split their previous two meetings in Bangkok, Thailand, and this time, Rodtang’s ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Championship is on the line.

Ahead of his trilogy bout with “The Iron Man,” Petchdam – who is currently the #5-ranked contender – knows this is the biggest opportunity of his professional Muay Thai career to date. He expressed that on a recent social media post.

“I have a chance of fighting against the most brutal fighter in the flyweight class,” he wrote on Instagram.

The challenger added that both men know each other’s strengths and weaknesses after meeting twice before. There’s no doubt that the past experiences will make for an even more interesting contest this time around.

“I strongly believe that the fans are looking forward to watching us,” Petchdam added. “Apart from my dancing performance, you will see the excitement of this championship bout for sure.”

You can catch the epic trilogy bout anywhere in the world on Friday, 31 July.
