Myanmar striker Har Ling Om is marching into enemy territory in search of the biggest upset of 2026.

The 28-year-old faces reigning ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion Nadaka in an atomweight kickboxing clash, which headlines ONE SAMURAI 3. The card, loaded with 10 matchups across MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing, takes place inside Yokohama Buntai in Yokohama, Japan, this Saturday, September 12.

Fighting Japan’s top Muay Thai export in his own backyard is no small task, and the Phyo Wai Group athlete is aware of the kind of atmosphere that awaits him inside the arena.

A hostile crowd can play tricks on the mind of any fighter, no matter how prepared they are. Har Ling Om, though, sounds like a man who has already made peace with exactly what he is walking into.

He said:

“There will indeed be more of his fans there, because it’s in his homeland. But I am not thinking about it much. I will fight him at my best. I am only thinking about competing with him with the very best of my efforts.”

Beyond the hostile crowd, Har Ling Om also has to solve one of the most dangerous puzzles on the global stage.

Nadaka enters this fight on a 41-fight winning streak dating back to July 2019, a perfect 5-0 run in ONE, and a reputation built on elite speed and precision that has broken down every style put in front of him.

The one silver lining for the Myanmarese, who will be making his promotional kickboxing debut, is that Saturday’s main event also happens to be Nadaka’s professional bow in the discipline. Still, he refuses to take anything for granted.

He said:

“I’ll have to be careful about Nadaka’s speed and precision in his attacks. Since Nadaka moves fast in and out, I will try my best to cut off the ring and pressure him. I will be very careful.”

Should that plan come together, the Myanmarese slugger – chasing his third triumph on the global stage – has no interest in going the distance.

A statement knockout would speak volumes, and that kind of moment, along with a potential post-fight bonus, is exactly the sort of reward the 28-year-old is chasing on the organization’s first outing in Yokohama, Japan.

Har Ling Om said:

“In this match, my goal is simple – I want to knock him out, and I want to win the bonus.”

Har Ling Om Breaks Down His Edge Over Nadaka

That same aggression traces directly back to the discipline that built Har Ling Om

Coming up through Lethwei, a sport with none of the protections found elsewhere in striking, has left him with a level of power he believes sets him apart from the reigning ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion.

He said:

“Compared to Nadaka, I think my power is greater than his. He has good speed, but not much power. On his knockout power…I watched his past matches, and there weren’t many of them where he got a knockout. It’s rare. So his power isn’t that great.”

With his game plan laid out and the stage set for ONE SAMURAI 3 this Saturday, Har Ling Om had one final message for not only everyone watching, but his opponent as well.

There was no need for anything elaborate. A simple, direct sign-off was enough to capture where his mind is heading into fight week.

He said:

“I am very happy to get this fight. To the fans, I’d like to ask you to give me a lot more support. For Nadaka, we will meet on September 12th. Let’s fight at our best.”
