13-time Thai Wrestling Champion Kritsada Kongsrichai had been dominating Thailand’s wrestling scene for years. Seeking a new challenge, he decided to expand his horizons to the cage, and quickly established himself as one of the best mixed martial artists in Thailand after a series of impressive appearances under the banner of a local promotion.

In 2015, Kongsrichai struck gold, capturing the inaugural FMD Bantamweight Title, which he won in devastating fashion. For his next bout, Kongsrichai actually dropped down to flyweight, and showcased some much-improved striking before scoring a first-round submission. These impressive wins gave him plenty of momentum as he headed into his ONE Championship debut.

Once he made it onto the global stage, “Dream Man” got off to a perfect start, defeating his opponent via TKO in the opening round. Now a veteran of several bouts against international competition, Kongsrichai is determined to showcase his many improvements, and make an impact in a stacked strawweight division before capturing a world title.
