After a difficult first frame which saw her rocked by her rival’s left cross, the Myanmar hero started to find a home for her body shots in the second stanza, utilizing her boxing prowess with combinations to Nguyen’s body. It was anyone’s bout in the final round as the two atomweight warriors traded leather up until the final bell. With the decision left to the judges, Antoniyar got the nod in a split decision victory.
