Watch The ONE Fight Night 30: Kryklia Vs. Knowles Weigh-Ins And Hydration Tests

Roman Kryklia celebrates his triumph over Alex Roberts at ONE Fight Night 17.

The world-class martial artists who are scheduled for action at ONE Fight Night 30: Kryklia vs. Knowles on Prime Video have one final task to complete before they throw down in U.S. primetime this Friday, April 4.

All 20 of the ONE Championship superstars must first hit their marks on the scale and pass hydration testing to ensure they are fit and ready to compete at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

The ONE Fight Night 30 Weigh-Ins & Hydration Tests will go down on Thursday, April 3, beginning at 6:00 a.m. ET. Fans can watch the official proceedings live by clicking on the video below.

The event’s headline attraction will see two behemoths go to war, as two-sport king Roman Kryklia will put his ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai World Title on the line against respected British veteran Lyndon Knowles.

While the towering Kryklia has looked practically untouchable through his dominant six-fight run in ONE, “Knowlesy” might have the well-rounded Muay Thai skill set and big power needed to hand the Ukrainian sensation his first defeat in nearly eight years.

Before that, fellow two-sport ruler Regian “The Immortal” Eersel will defend his ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Championship against the only man to defeat him in ONE, former titleholder Alexis “Barboza” Nicolas.

Nicolas shocked the world with a stunning five-round World Title decision victory over Eersel in April 2024. Six months later, “The Immortal” evened the score and reclaimed his belt with an action-packed decision win of his own.

Now, the pair will go head-to-head in a rubber match that has fans all across the globe anxious with anticipation.

Fans will also get to see the return of Scottish knockout artist and recent ONE Interim Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title challenger “King of the North” Nico Carrillo, who will move back up to his natural weight class to face #4-ranked featherweight Muay Thai contender Sitthichai “Killer Kid” Sitsongpeenong.

Carrillo is one of the hardest-hitting strikers in recent memory, but Sitthichai, with his mountain of high-level experience, is undoubtedly motivated to put an end to his opponent’s hype train.

Plus, five world-class athletes will make their promotional debuts including submission grappling prodigy Fabricio “Hokage” Andrey, WBC Muay Thai International Champion Elmehdi El Jamari, and South American MMA Champion Mauro Mastromarini.
