The 20-year-old rising star dominated his foe on the ground before sinking in a fight-ending rear-naked-choke to earn a cool US$50,000 and improve to 5-0 in professional MMA.
Khalilov was awarded the first US$50,000 bonus of the card for his phenomenal showing against promotional newcomer Chorfah Tor.Sangtiennoi.
The highlight-reel finish came in the first round of their Muay Thai contest, thanks to a perfectly placed uppercut that put the Thai athlete on the canvas, giving the Russian his first win inside the Circle.
