ONE Fight Night 46 on Prime Video just received a double dose of MMA intrigue.

Two compelling mixed martial arts contests have been added to the August 14 card. Jhanlo Mark “The Machine” Sangiao meets Marcos Aurelio in a bantamweight showdown, while Natalie Salcedo welcomes undefeated Polish newcomer Magdalena Czaban in an atomweight clash.

The event broadcasts live in U.S. primetime from Bangkok’s historic Lumpinee Stadium and is headlined by Stella “Always Hungry” Hemetsberger’s ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title defense against Natalia “Karelian Lynx” Diachkova.

For Sangiao, the matchup represents a chance to build serious momentum in one of ONE Championship’s most stacked MMA divisions.

The Team Lakay prince returned to action in style last year, submitting hard-charging Mongolian Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg with just 18 seconds remaining in their dramatic three-round battle. That victory erased the sting of his first professional defeat and reminded fans why the 24-year-old Filipino remains one of the most exciting talents in the bantamweight MMA ranks.

Fatherhood provided Sangiao with added motivation before that comeback, and he showed it in his latest outing. Now, a second straight victory, especially against another dangerous young finisher, could push “The Machine” closer to contender status.

Aurelio, however, brings his own motivation into the matchup.

The 21-year-old Brazilian entered ONE Championship with an unbeaten professional record before suffering his first career loss against Carlo Bumina-ang at ONE Fight Night 39. But rather than allow that setback to define him, Aurelio responded in impressive fashion.

At ONE Fight Night 41, he submitted Mauro “Dinamita” Mastromarini with a second-round rear-naked choke, proving that his dangerous grappling skills and finishing instincts remain intact on the global stage.

Now, Aurelio can earn a measure of revenge against Team Lakay by defeating Sangiao, the teammate of the only man who has beaten him. At the same time, he has the chance to halt the rise of one of the Philippines’ most recognizable young stars.

That stakes-heavy bantamweight clash is joined by an equally intriguing atomweight MMA battle.

Salcedo Welcomes Undefeated Newcomer Czaban To ONE

Natalie Salcedo entered ONE Championship with an undefeated professional record and immediately showed why she had been viewed as a dangerous addition to the atomweight division.

The Warrior Fitness Center and Classic Fight Team representative needed less than one round to submit Macarena Aragon in her promotional debut, announcing herself as a skilled grappler with the ability to end a fight quickly.

But her momentum hit a wall in her next appearance, when veteran Japanese wrestler Chihiro Sawada handed her the first loss of her professional career via unanimous decision at ONE Fight Night 39.

Now, Salcedo gets an immediate chance to prove that defeat was merely a bump in the road.

The 34-year-old American has already shown a well-rounded martial arts background, with experience in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Against Magdalena Czaban, she will need every layer of that skill set.

The 26-year-old Polish debutante arrives with serious credentials and perfect momentum.

Czaban owns an unbeaten 4-0 professional record and has finished every opponent she has faced. More impressively, she has split those victories evenly between knockouts and submissions, making her equally dangerous on the feet and on the ground.

She also enters ONE after a decorated amateur career that included major success on the IMMAF circuit. That background makes her one of the atomweight division’s most intriguing new arrivals, and a win over Salcedo could immediately validate her status as a contender worth watching.

Together, the two MMA additions bring youth, urgency, redemption, and debut-night danger to ONE Fight Night 46.

Sangiao and Aurelio will battle to prove which rising bantamweight can take the next step, while Salcedo and Czaban collide in a classic bounce-back fighter versus undefeated newcomer matchup.
