Three-time Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongthoranee Sor Sommai opened his promotional kickboxing account on a winning note, taking a unanimous decision victory over 23-year-old Chinese phenom Yuan Pengjie in the flyweight kickboxing co-main event of The Inner Circle 32 on Friday, September 25, live from Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium.
Setting the tone ahead of the main event clash between “The Angel Warrior” Panpayak Jitmuangnon and Lamnamoonlek Torfunfarm, the 29-year-old landed a plethora of his trademark left hook counters to buckle the forward-rushing Chinese star in the first round of this Asia primetime card, which streamed exclusively for subscribers at live.onefc.com.
After regaining his wits, Yuan adopted a more cautious approach in the second canto, using his length to probe with jabs and straights from the outside. But Kongthoranee adjusted beautifully, clipping the Chinese southpaw with pinpoint head kicks that slipped past the guard.

She took home a unanimous decision in their women’s flyweight Muay Thai bout, and the victory pushed the Phuket Fight Club representative’s record to 16-2 overall.
Meanwhile, Russian demolisher Konstantin Shakhtarin stole the show, spoiling Enzo “The White Wolf” Kartoum‘s promotional Muay Thai bow. A dazzling spinning wheel kick scored an early knockdown for Shakhtarin, and a picturesque spinning back elbow closed the featherweight contest at 1:58 of the opening round, bumping his record to 9-3.
In the card’s opening bout, Arsen “Qasqyr” Soiyrkas made a successful ONE Championship debut, displaying sustained pressure to claim a unanimous decision over Japan’s Jin Mandokoro in strawweight kickboxing action. With the win, the Kazakh newcomer extended his pristine record to 6-0.
