Sinsamut Klinmee Vs. Dmitry Menshikov Slated For ONE Fight Night 14
More fireworks are in store for ONE Fight Night 14: Stamp vs. Ham on Prime Video, as recent ONE World Title challengers Sinsamut Klinmee and Dmitry Menshikov are set to square off in a pivotal lightweight Muay Thai battle.
Slated to air live in U.S. primetime from the Singapore Indoor Stadium on September 29, the bout pits two of the planet’s most feared knockout artists against each other.
The Thai sensation’s momentum would stall, though, with a pair of World Title losses against current two-sport titleholder Regian “The Immortal” Eersel.
The 27-year-old Team Mehdi Zatout standout will now look to earn another shot at 26 pounds of gold with a win over Menshikov.
However, the Russian phenom will present an incredibly stiff test. At just 25 years of age, he’s already made a name for himself as a devastating puncher, owning 19 career knockouts across 27 total victories.
And like his upcoming opponent, Menshikov has his sights set on a rematch with Eersel.
Due to his prodigious power and natural athleticism, Menshikov was thrown into the deep end in his promotional debut with an immediate shot at “The Immortal’s” lightweight Muay Thai crown.
And while he suffered a knockout loss in that World Title challenge of Eersel, he’s aiming to prove he belongs among the best of the best in the stacked division.
Given both Sinsamut’s and Menshikov’s knack for finding the finish in spectacular fashion, fans won’t want to miss a second of their intriguing showdown.
