Seksan To Return Against River Daz At ONE Friday Fights 46

Seksan Or Kwanmuang Karim Bennoui ONE Fight Night 16 50

Four-time Muay Thai World Champion Seksan Or Kwanmuang will look to finish his flawless year on a high note at ONE Friday Fights 46: Tawanchai vs. Superbon.

“The Man Who Yields To No One” will make his highly anticipated return against Australian standout River Daz at the promotion’s final event of 2023, which broadcasts live in Asia primetime from Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 22.

With his never-say-die attitude and relentless aggression, Seksan has become one of the most entertaining Muay Thai fighters in the sport.

After rattling off five captivating victories on the weekly ONE Friday Fights event series, he earned a six-figure contract with the world’s largest martial arts organization in August.

The 34-year-old kicked off that deal by beating Malaysian-Iranian striker Amir Naseri in an all-action thriller in September and then overwhelmed Karim Bennoui earlier this month to earn his 200th career victory in his U.S. primetime debut.

Now, the Thai icon will attempt to keep his ONE record spotless, but Daz presents a difficult test.

The 30-year-old Australian has been near-perfect in his Muay Thai and kickboxing career, owning a 33-1-1 slate. Though he fell to Silviu Vitez in his promotional debut this past June, he bounced back to score a unanimous decision win over Nonthakit Tor Morsri in September.

With some momentum behind him, Daz will enter this 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai contest determined to hand Seksan his first loss in the organization and earn his own six-figure contract.

Stay tuned for more news and announcements about the stacked ONE Friday Fights 46 card, which is headlined by Tawanchai vs. Superbon, Joseph Lasiri vs. Prajanchai, and Anissa Meksen vs. Phetjeeja in high-stakes World Title bouts.
