The Inner Circle 30 delivered a night of celebration and farewell on Friday, September 11, as five Muay Thai battles took over Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium.
Streaming exclusively for members at live.onefc.com in Asia primetime, the event opened another compelling weekend of ONE Championship action that also featured ONE Friday Fights 170 in Thailand and ONE SAMURAI 3 in Japan.
At the top of the bill, Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri completed his remarkable rise by defeating former divisional king Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon via unanimous decision to capture the vacant ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title.
Only Yod-IQ was eligible to claim the gold after Rambolek missed weight, and the 24-year-old made the opportunity count. He used his length, movement, and varied offense across five rounds to extend his winning streak to 11 and leave Lumpinee Stadium as a ONE World Champion.
It was a joyous occasion for the bantamweight Muay Thai division’s newest ruler, but the co-main event carried an entirely different kind of emotion.
Seksan “The Man Who Yields To No One” Or Kwanmuang made the final walk of his storied career against the opponent he personally selected: longtime rival “Elbow Zombie” Muangthai PK Saenchai.
Muangthai scored a pair of knockdowns, with the second prompting the referee to stop the contest at 0:59 of round three. The knockout closed their six-fight rivalry, and even though Seksan didn’t win one of their ONE Championship duels, he still held a 4-2 series advantage.
Afterward, the four-time Muay Thai World Champion addressed the Lumpinee faithful before removing his gloves and leaving them in the center of the ring.
