ONE’s blockbuster debut in Atlanta is rapidly shaping up to be one of the biggest events in the organization’s history – and it just got even better.

On November 8 at ONE 169: Atlanta, Thai megastar Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon will defend his ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title in a rematch against all-action British brawler Jacob Smith.

That contest will go down at State Farm Arena, and given their first encounter, fans should expect fireworks from start to finish. It also joins a trio of previously announced World Title bouts.

The pair first collided back in May 2022 in the quarterfinals of the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix.

At the time, Rodtang had already cemented himself as a true icon of the striking arts, having successfully defended his flyweight Muay Thai crown three times while boasting an undefeated record in ONE Muay Thai and kickboxing bouts.

Smith, meanwhile, was making his highly anticipated promotional debut with loads of hype surrounding him after largely dominating the British Muay Thai scene with his stunning power and ultra-aggressive style of striking.

The Brit would come up short in a decision loss to “The Iron Man,” but he showed more than enough heart and technical skill to erase any doubts that he belongs among the best of the best.

Currently the #3-ranked flyweight Muay Thai contender, Smith will get a second crack at the biggest star in the sport – this time with 26 pounds of gold on the line.

A ruthless finisher with elite skills in both the clinch and at long range, the 31-year-old has what it takes to end Rodtang’s reign, but he’ll have to be at his best on fight night.

For his part, Rodtang is undoubtedly hungry to score a definitive knockout against Smith, tally the sixth successful defense of his flyweight Muay Thai crown, and once again showcase his inimitable charisma to American fans.

Last May, the 26-year-old made his U.S. debut in spectacular fashion, knocking out Mexican standout Edgar Tabares in front of a packed house in Denver, Colorado, at ONE Fight Night 10.

He’ll look to build on that momentum and gain even more followers when he squares off with the always-entertaining Smith.
