Nuapet survived, but Singdomthong continued his assault in the second frame and sent him to the mat with a soul-crushing combination just before the end.

Showing ultimate resolve, Nuapet held on once more and looked to mount a comeback in the final round. But Singdomthong switched gears to work behind his counter and maintain control to earn the unanimous decision win in the end.

The Nokjeanladkrabang striker continued to read his foe’s advances perfectly in round two. He dropped him with one rapid left hook and then another when he saw an opening.

Knowing he was in trouble, Brazil desperately rushed in to offer a response. But he was met with a perfect right hand that sent him to the mat for a third and final time at 1:22 of round two.

The TKO win stood as Singtanawat’s 72nd career victory.

The 16-year-old French phenom used his ringwork and walked Petnoppadet into the ropes before unleashing an onslaught of pain that broke through Petnoppadet’s guard.

He kicked things up a gear in round two, working off counters to slam in punishing low kicks and combinations that overwhelmed the PK Saenchai Muaythaigym debutant.

The bout was waved off, and Dayakaev moved to 13-2 overall and 6-1 in ONE Championship. The impressive win also earned him a US$100,000 contract to compete on the promotion’s main roster.

He utilized his boxing to land concussive damage upstairs in round two, as Petnamkhong shot in with dangerous hands and feet.

The 22-year-old threw everything at his foe from the start, but a simple teep down the middle earned him the first knockdown. He scored a second moments later when he ripped forward with a barrage of knees and punches to drop Miranda again.

Despite Hyu’s best efforts to add another knockdown in the opening frame, Miranda hung on.

But it wasn’t for long. Knowing he was in charge, Hyu got close to the Portuguese striker and unleashed a flurry of knees and hooks to the body to secure the TKO win at 0:42 of the second frame.

Pereira Turns The Tide To Finish Gitinov

Jean Carlos Pereira kicked off the card in style with a come-from-behind finish of fellow ONE Championship debutant Mansur Gitinov in their lightweight MMA contest.

Gitinov dominated with vicious stand-up once the opening bell rang, and he dumped his Brazilian foe to show he was in charge.

However, true to his roots, Pereira flipped the script and locked in a arm-triangle choke from guard before switching to an armbar that fully cranked the Russian’s left arm.

Gitinov made it to the end of the round. But after checks by the doctor at ringside, his arm was deemed to have taken too much damage for him to safely continue.

As a result, referee Herb Dean awarded Pereira the TKO win at 5:00 of round one, which stood as the fourth career victory.
