ONE Championship is keeping the month rolling along with another explosive installment of its weekly Asia primetime event series.
The world’s largest martial arts organization will broadcast ONE Friday Fights 75 live from the iconic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 16, and two dozen Muay Thai practitioners and rising MMA stars will compete for a chance to win a US$100,000 contract.
In the headline attraction, Muay Thai luminary Kompet Fairtex is on the hunt for his fifth consecutive victory and the lucrative contract. But Team Mehdi Zatout’s Omar El Halabi is eager to play the spoiler and make a statement off his rival’s expense.
The 12-bout card also features the highly anticipated returns of Japanese MMA stud Ryosuke Honda, Israeli standout Shir Cohen, Chilean sensation “Miss Scarface” Francisca Vera, and ONE Interim Featherweight Kickboxing World Champion Superbon’s proteges Khunsuek and Petphupa.
