ONE’s historic all-Muay Thai card has seen a shake-up.

Brazilian striker Felipe Lobo is injured and has withdrawn from his scheduled bantamweight Muay Thai rematch with Saemapetch Fairtex at ONE Fight Night 17: Kryklia vs. Roberts on Prime Video

Replacing him is undefeated Algerian athlete Mohamed Younes Rabah, who will make his promotional debut in U.S. primetime on Friday, December 8.

The 26-year-old Rabah fights out of the highly respected Team Mehdi Zatout and has made a name for himself on the ultra-competitive Middle Eastern kickboxing and Muay Thai scene to earn his spot in the world’s largest martial arts organization.

Standing at a towering 6-foot-2, Rabah will put his explosive brand of striking and 13-0 professional record up against the stiffest test of his career to date.

Saemapetch is currently ranked #3 in the crowded bantamweight Muay Thai division, using his massive punching power and wealth of high-level experience – honed throughout 126 career victories – to establish himself as one of the sport’s most feared strikers.

The Thai superstar has won three of his last four appearances, with his only loss in that stretch coming against Lobo.

In his most recent outing, the 29-year-old scored an electrifying first-round knockout against compatriot Kaonar Sor Jor Thongprajin at ONE Friday Fights 30 in August.

He’ll now look to build on that momentum and take out the Algerian newcomer to keep his coveted spot in the rankings and remain within reach of ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Jonathan “The General” Haggerty.
