Luke Lessei And Mohamed Younes Rabah Face Off In Featherweight Muay Thai Main Event At ONE Fight Night 45

ONE Championship is bringing another explosive main event to the global stage, as American Muay Thai sensation Luke “The Chef” Lessei is set to square off against Algerian firecracker ”The Eagle” Mohamed Younes Rabah.

The two world-class strikers will headline ONE Fight Night 45 on Prime Video in a high-stakes featherweight Muay Thai showdown that guarantees fireworks from the opening bell. The show airs live in U.S. primetime from Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, July 17.

Lessei has experienced a roller-coaster run in his ONE Championship tenure, consistently proving his willingness to test himself against the absolute best in the division. Because of this, he has quickly become a fan favorite since making his debut in the world’s largest martial arts organization.

After securing a dazzling first-round TKO victory over Cody Jerome in January 2025, the American standout suffered a tough second-round loss to ONE Interim Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Nico “King of the North” Carrillo at ONE Fight Night 37 last November.

Now returning to the ring hungry for redemption, Lessei is determined to showcase his flashy skills, bounce back into the win column, and solidify his standing as a premier featherweight Muay Thai contender.

On the other side of the squared circle will be Rabah, who brings a truly imposing physical presence to the featherweight Muay Thai division. Standing incredibly tall for the weight class at 6-foot-2, the Algerian powerhouse utilizes his superior reach and devastating knee strikes to completely overwhelm the competition.

Rabah arrives at ONE Fight Night 45 eager to resume his climb up the ladder after an unexpected halt to his momentum.

“The Eagle” delivered a strong performance in November 2024, scoring multiple knockdowns to earn a unanimous decision victory over American veteran Eddie “Silky Smooth” Abasolo at ONE 169

However, his most recent outing against Shadow Mavinn in July 2025 unfortunately ended in a no contest due to an inadvertent eye poke. Eager to leave that frustrating result behind him, Rabah is fully focused on producing a commanding stoppage victory and making a massive statement on the global stage.

This main event carries heavy implications for the incredibly stacked featherweight Muay Thai division. With interim titleholder Carrillo and incumbent ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai reigning at the top, the weight class is an absolute shark tank of talent.

Both Lessei and Rabah are aggressively hunting for a definitive highlight-reel victory that will propel them up the ranks and place them one step closer to World Title contention.

“The Chef” will look to use his elusive footwork and devastating inside game to bypass his opponent’s immense reach, while “The Eagle” aims to establish his range, dictate the pace, and land his heavy, fight-ending artillery.

When these two distinct styles inevitably collide in the center of the ring, martial arts fans around the world can expect a breathtaking striking masterclass for however long the fight lasts.
