However, two MMA fighters stood out with their victories and gamesmanship, which earned them a pair of US$50,000 performance bonuses from ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong.
Sityodtong awarded those performance bonuses to promotional newcomers Ilya Freymanov and Halil Amir.
Freymanov earned an extra US$50,000 check for his extraordinary debut.
The Russian striker constantly attacked former two-division ONE World Champion and #3-ranked featherweight contender Martin Nguyen, ultimately dropping the Vietnamese-Australian with a straight right and finishing him with grounded knees to capture a first-round TKO victory.
