A new date is set for the highly anticipated ONE Bantamweight Kickboxing World Title clash between reigning ONE World Champions Fabricio “Wonder Boy” Andrade and Jonathan “The General” Haggerty.

Originally slated for ONE Fight Night 15: Tawanchai vs. Superbon on Prime Video, the matchup has now been moved to the main event of ONE Fight Night 16 on Prime Video, which broadcasts live in North American primetime on Friday, November 3.

This battle for the vacant World Title presents an intriguing clash of styles between Andrade and Haggerty, who are both aiming to become two-sport ONE World Champions.

It will be “Wonder Boy’s” first appearance since capturing the ONE Bantamweight MMA World Title with a sensational stoppage victory over rival John “Hands of Stone” Lineker in February at ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video.

While the 25-year-old is best known for his exploits in MMA, he is also a talented and accomplished striker who boasts an impressive 40-3 professional kickboxing and Muay Thai record. Moreover, the Brazilian has scored highlight-reel knockouts in his last four MMA victories.

However, Andrade’s striking will be put to the ultimate test against Haggerty.

At 26 years old, “The General” is riding a four-fight winning streak that’s established him as one of the planet’s most feared stand-up artists.

That streak was capped by the biggest win of the English superstar’s 24-bout professional career – a stunning first-round KO of legendary Thai striker Nong-O Hama that earned him the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title.

With both men renowned for their ultra-aggressive, explosive approaches to striking and each looking for two-sport glory, fans won’t want to miss a moment of this high-stakes main event on November 3.
