The world’s largest martial arts organization finished its explosive triple-header weekend with ONE Fight Night 46: Hemetsberger vs. Diachkova, which emanated live from Bangkok’s historic Lumpinee Stadium and featured eight captivating bouts across Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, and submission grappling.
In the main event, two-sport queen Stella “Always Hungry” Hemetsberger made a statement in her first-ever ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title defense.
Hemetsberger shocked Russian challenger Natalia “Karelian Lynx” Diachkova, finishing her with a remarkable third-round knockout. The impressive title defense not only cemented the Austrian as one of the world’s top pound-for-pound female strikers, but it also bagged her a well-deserved US$50,000 performance bonus.
The co-main event witnessed the striking class of “King of the North” Nico Carrillo, as the reigning ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion made his highly anticipated kickboxing debut in style. The Scotsman put on a solid display against Zhou Jiaqiang, turning up the heat in the second round to produce a highlight-reel knockout.
