Undefeated Muay Thai star Aslamjon Ortikov punches Jordan Estupinan at ONE Fight Night 43

ONE Championship delivered another thrilling martial arts showcase in U.S. primetime with ONE Fight Night 43: Tang vs. Gasanov, which broadcast live from the world-famous Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, this past Friday, May 15.

The U.S. primetime spectacle was packed with MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and submission grappling contests, and it had the perfect blend of nail-biting matches and highlight-reel finishes.

In the main event, China’s first-ever male MMA World Champion Tang Kai put on a masterful display of power and technical brilliance.

Tang, the reigning ONE Featherweight MMA World Champion, dropped Shamil “The Cobra” Gasanov with a devastating low kick and followed up with a pair of hammerfists to secure the fourth-round TKO win. The impressive performance earned the Chinese star a US$50,000 performance bonus from ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong.

Elsewhere on the card, Uzbek striking phenom Aslamjon Ortikov continued his meteoric rise through the flyweight Muay Thai ranks. He knocked down Jordan “Panda Kick” Estupinan three times in the second round en route to a dominant TKO victory and pushed his flawless professional record to 24-0.
