Zuhayr “The Arabian Warrior” Al-Qahtani

Born and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Zuhayr Al-Qahtani stands tall as one of the most accomplished boxers to have emerged from the Middle East.

His journey into the world of “the sweet science” began at the tender age of 12 when he relocated to London, England, in pursuit of education. Faced with the challenges of adapting to a new environment and battling bullying, Al-Qahtani discovered boxing as a means of self-defense.

Guided by his older brother, who possessed a profound understanding of the sport, he not only found refuge in the discipline but also uncovered the artistic nuances that make it a unique form of self-expression.

As the years passed, his passion for boxing intensified, propelling him toward a professional career. Now, Al-Qahtani boasts an impeccable 9-0 record, solidifying his status as one of the most promising talents in the region.

The highlight of Al-Qahtani’s impressive run so far came in December 2019 when he captured the WBC Middle Eastern Championship.

Now signed to ONE Championship, “The Arabian Warrior” hopes to influence a new generation of combat sports enthusiasts in the MENA region.
