Guto Inocente

Guto Inocente is a lifelong martial artist who has competed in MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing.

Inocente, who hails from Brazil’s capital Brasilia, initially studied the striking arts when he was four years old under the tutelage of his father. At age seven, he began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which helped him later in his MMA career.

While he started his professional life as an MMA fighter in 2005, the Brasilia native had no problems establishing a concurrent career in kickboxing, where he amassed a record of 38-10. Inocente’s start in the sport saw him collect three Pan-American and three South American Titles. He also has three WGP Kickboxing Championships in the light heavyweight and super heavyweight divisions. 

His success ultimately caught the eye of ONE Championship, and he made his promotional debut against Portugal’s Bruno Susano at ONE: FULL CIRCLE in February 2022. The 6-foot-3 Inocente has the hulking size that belies the agility and dexterity rarely found in fighters of his frame. The striker’s creativity was on full display when he tagged Susano with a spinning hook kick and later a slew of punches to earn the second-round knockout win.

Inocente then squared off against Rade Opacic at ONE 158 in June 2022 and showed the world that patented strength once again. After surviving his rival’s early onslaught, the Brazilian hulk established his distance and folded Opacic with a liver shot.

Though Inocente fell to ONE Light Heavyweight Kickboxing World Champion Roman Kryklia in his very next contest, he is determined to rematch him and even the score. But first, he gives Opacic a chance to earn some redemption at ONE Fight Night 11 and plans to knock him out to secure the grudge match with the light heavyweight kickboxing kingpin.
