The Russian martial artist fought his way through the regional scene, winning seven of his nine domestic bouts by stoppage before capturing the attention of the world’s largest martial arts organization.
The bantamweight standout made his promotional debut in October 2022 at ONE 162, defeating Brazil’s Leandro Issa by unanimous decision in a memorable three-round affair to extend his winning streak and catapult himself into ONE’s bantamweight MMA rankings.
To further develop his already impressive skill set, Belakh recently moved to Thailand to train at Tiger Muay Thai alongside ONE Bantamweight World Champion Fabricio Andrade and two-weight king Anatoly Malykhin.
