About Alex Roberts
Born and bred in Australia, Alex “The Viking” Roberts is one of ONE Championship’s recent blue-chip signees.
Roberts catapulted himself into the limelight with a series of awe-inspiring performances that quickly earned him a reputation as one of the world’s premier heavyweight Muay Thai strikers.
His journey to stardom reached its zenith this past October when he eked out a hard-fought decision victory to capture the WBC Heavyweight Muay Thai World Title.
This feat got him noticed by ONE’s scouting experts, and he joined the world’s largest martial arts organization in 2023.
Roberts is poised to ascend to even greater heights as he makes his U.S. primetime debut this December 8. In the main event of ONE Fight Night 17 on Prime Video, he squares off with ONE Light Heavyweight Kickboxing World Champion Roman Kryklia for the inaugural ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai World Title.
