A grueling heavyweight showdown between Alexandre Machado and Alain Ngalani took place at ONE: HEROES OF THE WORLD. “The Panther” started the bout off with a bang, blasting the Brazilian giant with thunderous combinations. However, The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt started to impose himself as the round went on, utilizing his superior ground game to do significant damage on the mat. Though the Hong Kong giant was able to survive the first round, he was not able to withstand “Bebezao’s” flurry of punches in the second stanza forcing the referee to call a stop to the bout.
