Tom DeBlass Shows Transformation As He Readies For ONE Debut

Multiple-time BJJ World Champion Tom DeBlass

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ace Tom DeBlass made a splash last month when he signed with ONE Championship to make his mixed martial arts comeback. Now, it appears the 38-year-old submission specialist is well on his way to getting back into shape for competition.

DeBlass recently shared an incredible transformation post to his Instagram, which showed off the results of the hard work he’s put in since confirming his return.

“I have been fasting and also lowered my carbohydrates drastically,” DeBlass wrote. “I went from 256 lbs to 239 now.

“I feel SO MUCH BETTER MENTALLY.”

Indeed, the American looks leaner as he gets ready for his ONE debut, and he won’t be stopping there. The multiple-time BJJ World Champion is continuing on his path toward peak fitness, saying he cannot wait to see where he is after another month’s work.

It’s clear that fans can expect to see the best version of the American when he steps into the ONE Circle for the first time.
