Yonis Anane Vs. Ricardo Sanchez, Plus Two More Bouts Added To ONE Friday Fights 170

Yonis Anane, Kongchai, and Yodlekpet three new Muay Thai additions to ONE Friday Fights 170 on September 11

ONE Championship has announced three thrilling Muay Thai matchups for ONE Friday Fights 170, set to take place on Friday, September 11, from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Yonis Anane faces Ricardo “El Mercenario” Sanchez and Kongchai Chanaidonmueang meets Ayad Albadr in strawweight Muay Thai contests, while Yodlekpet “The Destroyer” Or Atchariya takes on Mohamed Taoufyq in a flyweight Muay Thai clash, all airing live in Asia primetime.

Anane Faces Surging Star In Crucial Clash

The strawweight Muay Thai division gets a fascinating clash of teenagers when Anane and Sanchez collide.

Anane is a 19-year-old with a 48-10 career record and the distinction of being the youngest-ever WBC Muay Thai World Champion, a credential that speaks to a talent operating well beyond his years.

The French-Thai striker, younger brother of former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nabil Anane, has claimed three promotional victories, but back-to-back losses have temporarily disrupted his momentum, and September 11 represents his opportunity to reestablish himself as one of the most exciting young talents in the division.

Standing across from him is an opponent with his own captivating story.

Sanchez is a 19-year-old Mexican with an 11-1 career record who has been nothing short of electric since making his ONE debut in April 2026, claiming a TKO victory in kickboxing before adding a Muay Thai win in June.

The two-fight unbeaten run of the young Mexican makes for a fascinating stylistic and generational matchup against a fellow teenager with considerably more experience and a world championship pedigree.

Kongchai’s Experience Meets Albadr’s Red-Hot Form

The second strawweight Muay Thai matchup brings a battle of momentum to Lumpinee Stadium.

Kongchai enters as one of the most decorated and experienced names on the ONE Friday Fights roster. The 23-year-old Tor Sangtiennoi representative boasts a striking record of 78-16 and a promotional mark of 12-6.

Currently riding a four-fight winning streak, the young Thai arrives at September 11 with his confidence and form at a high point.

His opponent, Albadr, is a 24-year-old Iraqi standout who trains under Team Mehdi Zatout.

After dropping two fights following his debut, Albadr rattled off five consecutive victories to turn his ONE career around, currently sitting at 5-2 with an overall pro record of 19-6.

The form and resilience both fighters bring to this contest make it one of the more intriguing strawweight matchups on the card.

Decorated Veteran Yodlekpet Eyes Fourth Straight Win

The flyweight Muay Thai contest between Yodlekpet and Taoufyq adds a wealth of combined experience to the September 11 lineup.

Yodlekpet is a 31-year-old Thai veteran from TDed99 who has accumulated over 130 career fights with 94 victories, four Muay Thai World Championships, and a three-fight winning streak.

His experience and finishing instincts make him one of the most dependable performers in the flyweight division.

Opposing him is Taoufyq, a 21-year-old representing Elamghari Muaythai Team and Sathian MuayThai from Morocco.

Taoufyq has experienced a mix of results throughout his ONE Championship tenure, picking up three victories so far, including a highlight-reel second-round knockout in his most recent outing. He carries a striking record of 18-6 into the matchup.

Despite mixed results, the young Moroccan’s most recent performance suggests a fighter finding his best form at the right moment.
