ONE Friday Fights 156 Main Event Result: Kongsuk Shuts Down Anisjon With Brutal Body Attack
Two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Kongsuk Sitsarawatsuer secured an emphatic victory over promotional newcomer Khakimov “Warrior” Anisjon in the third stanza of their bantamweight Muay Thai main event at ONE Friday Fights 156.
The Thai veteran systematically attacked the body before securing the finish in this Asia primetime contest in Bangkok’s revered Lumpinee Stadium on May 29.
Both men spent the opening round exchanging kicks and gauging each other’s timing. But Kongsuk began laying the foundation for victory by catching Anisjon’s kicks and repeatedly targeting the body with punches. His plan worked throughout the first frame, but it momentarily backfired when action resumed in the second canto.

The 19-year-old Uzbekistani debutant charged forward and connected with a clean right hand early, but Kongsuk responded with a body kick and continued punishing the same area throughout the canto. The 25-year-old continued to control the tempo of the fight, and that need for speed eventually paid off in the third.
Kongsuk landed a crushing left kick to the body that sent the Uzbekistani to the canvas for the first knockdown. Although Anisjon beat the count, the Thai quickly swarmed him with another barrage of body shots to score the second knockdown as the referee waved off the contest at 2:17 of the final round.
With the victory, the two-time World Champion moved to 70-21 and made it back-to-back highlight-reel finishes in the organization, just two months after he knocked out Babak Solouki at ONE Friday Fights 146.
