Full Card Revealed For ONE Friday Fights 163 On July 24

Pompet PongSuphan PK punches Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi at ONE Friday Fights 147

After The Inner Circle 23 lights up Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, this Friday, July 24, ONE Championship hosts another edition of its weekly event series live in Asia primetime.

ONE Friday Fights 163 features eight bouts across Muay Thai and MMA and carries a compelling through line: two of the most dangerous debutants on the global circuit arriving to test themselves against battle-tested ONE veterans.

In the main event, Pompet PongSuphan PK steps into the ring against Myanmar’s virtually unbeatable Nat Khat Min in a flyweight Muay Thai showdown after knocking out contract fighter Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi.

Pompet is one of the most experienced fighters in the weekly series. Training at PK Saenchai Muaythaigym, the 27-year-old from Buriram has absorbed the best of what the gym has to offer.

He channeled his skills into a career that includes 44 knockouts, a bonus-winning stoppage of then-unbeatable Gregor Thom, and wars with Suriyanlek Por Yenying and Yodlekpet “The Destroyer” Or Atchariya that have tested every facet of his ability. He heads into Friday on a winning streak with something to prove and a US$100,000 contract in sight.

Nat Khat Min arrives from a different world entirely. The 26-year-old Myanmar native is 32-1 as a professional — a record forged in Lethwei, the bareknuckle fighting tradition that produces some of the most durable and fearless athletes in martial arts.

He has never been seriously troubled and he has barely lost. On Friday, he makes his debut against one of the most experienced fighters in the series, carrying that extraordinary record onto the biggest stage of his career.

In the co-main event, Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion Mongkoldetlek Por Pim-on faces the explosive Uzbek newcomer Utkirzhon Khamidov in a bantamweight Muay Thai contest.

Mongkoldetlek is a fighter who has seen everything. The 30-year-old from Roi Et has fought for ONE’s biggest events, once faced Jonathan “The General” Haggerty, and returned to ONE Friday Fights in 2026 with the kind of renewed clarity that only time away can provide.

His most recent performance was a methodical victory over Ruslan Tuktarov at ONE Friday Fights 156, snapping Tuktarov’s five-fight win streak that he accumulated outside of ONE and reminding the division that experience is its own weapon.

Khamidov has built his record the hard way. The Uzbek carries a 9-1 professional record into Friday — seven of those wins by knockout. He has been compared to a bull from the first bell, overwhelming opponents with relentless pressure and combinations thrown with full intent.

His ONE debut against a Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion is the kind of challenge that sorts serious contenders from pretenders — and he is ready to find out which one he is.
