The world’s largest martial arts organization will bring its first event of the year, ONE: A NEW TOMORROW, to the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, 10 January.
Many of the athletes who live and train in “The Land Of Smiles” are motivated to put on breathtaking performances, and they are in the midst of finishing their respective training camps.
In the hours leading up to ONE Championship’s 2020 season opener, the cameras follow two-sport ONE World Champion Stamp Fairtex, 2010 Lumpinee Stadium Best Fighter Of The Year winner Victor “Leo” Pinto, and ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon as they prepare for their upcoming battles.
The vlog starts in nearby Pattaya, where Stamp is working on her grappling skills in anticipation of her mixed martial arts bout with Puja “The Cyclone” Tomar.
From there, the cameras head to the Pinto Fight Studio in Bangkok, where “Leo” hits pads ahead of his ONE Super Series kickboxing contest with Adam Noi. Pinto also has lunch and live streams an esports session.
Finally, Rodtang stops by the Way Takien Floating Market in the Thai capital for some local delicacies, and then he goes to the Jitmuangnon Gym to share the food with his teammates.
It will be one of the flyweight king’s final meals before his main event clash against Jonathan “The General” Haggerty.
