The Wrecking Machine: Dzhabir Dzhabrailov’s Dominant Unbeaten Run In ONE Championship
Undefeated knockout artist Dzhabir Dzhabrailov has wasted no time making his presence felt in ONE since arriving on the global stage in 2024.
Now, the Russian-born Turkish sensation faces his biggest test yet. On Friday, April 10, live in U.S. primetime from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Dzhabrailov squares off with undefeated American Chase “Mannimal” Mann in a welterweight MMA contest at ONE Fight Night 42 on Prime Video.
The winner could emerge as the next challenger for reigning ONE Lightweight and Welterweight MMA World Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee.
Born in Chechnya and raised in Moscow, the 21-year-old Lions MMA Club representative has torn through every opponent put in front of him, dispatching all three ONE adversaries inside the two-minute mark with trademark all-out aggression. His perfect 6-0 record, with all six wins by finish, tells the story of a fighter who gives rivals no time to settle, think, or survive.
Before Dzhabrailov steps into the ring to face the 29-year-old Mann, here is the dominant run that made him one of the most exciting young fighters in the world.
Dzhabrailov Makes Statement With 20-Second Demolition
Dzhabrailov made his promotional debut at ONE Friday Fights 79 in September 2024 against Brazil’s Eduardo “Dudu” Freitas in a lightweight MMA matchup, needing just 20 seconds to put the world on notice.
He stormed forward with ferocious intent, overwhelming Freitas with relentless punch combinations and knees to the head. With the Brazilian pinned against the ropes, a thunderous right hook dropped Freitas to the canvas.
Dzhabrailov immediately swarmed with heavy ground-and-pound, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the contest at 20 seconds of the opening round. It was the fourth finish of his young career and a stunning statement of intent.
Dzhabrailov Runs Through Urakov In Under A Minute
He returned four months later at ONE Friday Fights 93 in January 2025, stepping up to a 176-pound catchweight MMA clash against Uzbekistan’s Khusan Urakov.
Dzhabrailov established his game plan immediately, snapping off thudding kicks and one-two combinations before a crushing overhand right sent Urakov to the floor. Three powerful takedowns followed in quick succession, and relentless ground-and-pound finished the job after the third.
The finish came at the 47-second mark of the opening round — another knockout, another dominant performance, and a flawless 2-0 slate in ONE.
Dzhabrailov Stops Vigna In U.S. Primetime Debut
In June, Dzhabrailov made his U.S. primetime debut against Argentine Nicolas “El Paisa” Vigna at ONE Fight Night 32 in a lightweight MMA fight, and he made sure the North American audience remembered his name.
He disrupted Vigna’s rhythm with a sharp low kick. His opponent reset, but Dzhabrailov gave him no breathing room, closing the distance with nonstop punches and knees.
A powerful left hook sent Vigna crashing to the canvas. Dzhabrailov followed with a barrage of punches until the referee stepped in at 1:43 of round one.
Three finishes in three fights, a 100 percent finishing rate intact, and a date with Mann just around the corner — Dzhabrailov looks to continue his powerful run toward 26 pounds of gold.
